MrHeb complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We act expeditiously upon receiving a valid takedown notice and will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our site where the alleged infringing material appears.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to process all valid notices within 48 business hours.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with the same contact address including your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was erroneous, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court.
Repeat Infringers
MrHeb will terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
18 U.S.C. § 2257 Notice
All models, actors, and persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this site were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the originating content producers and are available upon request directed to the custodian of records at the applicable production entity.
